OsCommerce Survey

OsCommerce Survey is a modification to osCommerce store which adds the ability to ask 5-10 mandatory questions to the customers before they purchase (how did you like the site - good, bad, great, etc. , where did you find us, Google, overture, etc.) Later it will be possible to send an email to someone who 'likes' the design of the site, or someone who 'dislikes' the design.

Plugin allows you to upload zip archive containing blog posts that will appear on your blog with certain delay (configurable at uploading).
